I just added some frozen crushed walnuts to the recipe and it ended up being pretty good (although strange too)! I saved some for later though and put it in the freezer. When I got it out and let it thaw for a while it was kind of an ice cream consistency and the flavors seemed much more unified… So if you decide to make this I’d recommend freezing it and eating it with a spoon because I thought it was so much better that way!
Tunacado from Ra Sushi in Plano! I’ve never had anything like this and it was awesome. It was raw tuna with avocado and ginger sauce in the middle, with bean sprouts underneath. Sooooo good.
