Macdaddy’s caprese mac & cheese……… Just perfect. This place is within walking distance of my dorm so I’ll probably start going there all the time!!

Made these as soon as I got home from work tonight: ciabatta paninis! Each one had colby jack, white american, and pepper jack cheese. Then I put hummus on one and pesto on the other. If you like grilled cheese you have to try this!
